This qualification has been designed for international students who are wishing to work in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, particularly in Front of House and Operations. Our Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management course provides students with quality skills and knowledge in the areas of Leadership, Management, and Finance and empowers them to be able to take responsibility for monitoring and directing a workforce. The program provides the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for graduates to successfully undertake their desired job in the international hospitality sector.

Students who successfully complete the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management course will be qualified to work in the role of a manager within the accommodation industry, food and beverage, hotels, clubs, and restaurants.
Potential job titles that successful students qualify to work under include: Executive Food & Beverage Manager, Hotel General Manager, Executive Sous chef, Executive Housekeeper, Rooms Division Manager, Executive Chef, Area Manager or Operations Manager, Club Secretary Manager, Cafe Owner or Manager, Model Owner or Manager and Head Chef.
We have dedicated vocational placement coordinators to organise students' desired work experience. We work with a variety of industry partners and provide complete assistance to students with resume preparation, interviews and matching their availability to suitable employers.
We provide students with real-life kitchen experience in our practical classes. We ensure students will learn with real industry facilities, making them more confident in their first work place, all done through on-site practical training.
Students will learn from expert professionals who have worked for years in the hospitality industry, These trainers bring a wide range of experience to the classroom and demonstrate how dynamic the hospitality industry is.
We are located on the East and West coasts of Australia, in Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Perth. Students are able to change locations during their studies with ease if they wish.
We provide access to optional learning support on a weekly basis for students who may need it.
Classes are fun and interactive, involving practical activities and the opportunity for students to share ideas, test their thinking, examine different perspectives on issues and importantly, make new friends.
