Studio+

The STUDIO gives any Diploma or Advanced Diploma student the opportunity to undergo real life work experience, catered to them, with applications closing every quarter.

Through a strict selection process, the very best GMC students may be invited to join the Studio and undergo a WORK PLACEMENT throughout the end or no more than 6 months after their course.

During this work placement, the student can apply all of their course knowledge while working in an area that is relevant to their main field of study or their past work experience.

The STUDIO also offers INTERNSHIP possibilities based on the student's performance at GMC, trainer feedback, their CV, past work experience, references, and the completion of the Internship Application Form.

The internship allows the student to work for a company relevant to their field for an agreed upon period of time, applying all the knowledge gained at GMC, propelling them into their future career in Australia or abroad.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Candidates must be current GMC Students, undergoing a Diploma or Advanced Diploma course or have finished their course within the last six months, with a successful competency rate, and have completed all course units without extensions.

To be eligible, the student has to be formally invited by GMC to undertake a work placement through the STUDIO+ programme.

The student must complete the Internship Application Form and show that they meet all minimum core skill requirements.
