Homestay allows you to live with an Australian host family – giving you an authentic Sydney experience. You’ll pay a fee that covers accommodation, breakfast and dinner. Internet access is also often included. Greenwich College can set you up with homestay accommodation for your arrival in Australia – and will provide airport pick-up and drop-off to your host family. Our families are located within 30 minutes of Sydney’s Central Business District.

If you’d prefer to live alone or with friends, you can rent (or ‘lease’) a house or apartment. Rental prices vary according to location. You will need to pay a bond (cash payment) upfront – usually four weeks rent – in the event of damage to the property.
