This course is designed for students who want to seek employment in a venue that serves, sells or supplies alcohol – such as a bar, pub, club, restaurant or liquor shop. Australian liquor laws require employees working in these venues to complete an approved Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course.
This course is only available in Sydney.
One of the best ways you can earn money, practice your language skills, and build your confidence is to work in Sydney's hospitality industry where there are many bars, clubs and restaurants.
There are over 1,800 licensed venues in the City of Sydney alone.
This course is essential for anyone seeking employment in the hospitality industry involving the service of alcohol.
Greenwich College’s RSA course is endorsed by the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing in NSW.
It is also approved by the Liquor Administration Board (LAB)
and satisfies the RSA training provisions.
Upon completion, you’ll receive a Statement of Attainment of the RSA qualification that will allow you to start applying for jobs in the hospitality sector.
Students must be 18 years of age or older. All students must have a reasonable understanding of English.
