LEAD and manage PROGRAMS to successful completion

Programs are large scale projects made up of several projects that are dependant on each other. Outlining objectives, planning execution, managing operations, and reporting on status are just a few of the functions involved in carrying out a successful program. Gain the knowledge and the skills to delegate projects appropriately and deliver programs that impact business growth.

Who is this course for?

Advanced Diploma of Program Management is best suited for people who have experience in a project management role and are seeking to enhance their program management skills to further their career.

This course will provide students with a solid foundation in Program Management across a range of industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to direct, plan and lead a range of program functions.

A program is defined as a set of interrelated projects, each of which has a Project Manager. A ‘program’ of projects refers to a number of related projects managed by the same person.

This course will be available at North Sydney Campus from October 2018, and at our Melbourne Campus from January 2019.
