Dear Student,

COVID-19 is impacting us all in a rapidly evolving situation. Here at Greenwich College, we are attempting to give you as much relevant information as possible in a timely and concise manner.

Some key points at this time:

  1. We are Open: All Greenwich College campuses remain open in accordance with Australian Government guidelines.

  2. Student Welfare is #1: We have taken several steps on campus to safeguard student welfare, such as increased cleaning and hygiene measure, encouraging social distancing where ever possible and the creation of a specialist team to support students affected by the outbreak. Our top priority is to create a safe environment for all Greenwich College students.

  3. Greenwich College COVID-19 News: Our dedicated webpage is live and updated to give you and your students the most up to date information possible, including links to relevant Government sites: https://www.greenwichcollege.edu.au/coronavirus-information 

  4. Accommodation: Students that have booked accommodation with Greenwich College have their reservations guaranteed. In the unlikely event of an accommodation variation, students will be contacted and informed accordingly. 

  5. Terms & Conditions: Remain consistent with previous communications, with penalty free deferrals available for impacted students. Please refer to this link for more details.

  6. Travel Guidelines & Self-Isolation: in accordance with current advice from the Australian Government:
    1. Any students that arrived in Australia before 23:59pm of 15th March, should attend classes as scheduled.
    2. Any students that arrived in Australia after midnight on the 16th March, are required to follow Australian Government requirements. All travellers coming into Australia from any overseas location must self-isolate for a period of 14 days after they have entered Australia.

  7. Greenwich College Students Directed to Self-Isolate: Our dedicated Student Services COVID-19 team will contact impacted students regularly.

    1. GEC students will be given the option to defer their start date by 2 weeks with no penalty. 

    2. GMC students will be able to commence their course with access to online content with support from our experienced trainers.
